I’ve missed ya Tumblr! I want to back read more but I’m getting sleepy so maybe later. ;)
I was at Bohol (so so beautiful, will post pics soon) for a couple of days but the vacay was cut short because our baby Kakai died last August 20th.
It’s sad because I wasn’t here, at home, when it happened and just that fact that she was way too young to be taken away from us. What hurts me the most is that she left this world without even knowing why she was here and what she could do. My Tito (Kakai’s daddy), crying, said that maybe Kakai isn’t for us. I don’t believe that. I know Kakai is for us.
I know that.

Annoying (whatever it's really annoying)
- Daddy: Nandito ka na pala.
- Me: (duh hello nandito na nga ako) Opo.
- Daddy: Kumain ka na.
- Me: Opo.
- Daddy: Ano kinain mo?
- Me: Pancit Canton.
- Daddy: Ah niluto mo?
- Me: (hindi hilaw kinain ko) Opo.
- Daddy: *something I didn't understand cause I was watching Skins US trailer*
- Me: Opo... Opo...
- Daddy: Tulog ba Mama mo?
- Me: Opo.
- Daddy: Nasan?
- Me: (tangina alangan naman sa kalye) Dito po.

That’s my Lola and Papa right there, talking through Y!M. In Ilocano. Man, I could not understand a thing! Well, I know some words like, “wun”, “balasang”, “nagpudot” and “napintas”, but they started talking fast and I was like, “Wwwwhaaaat?”
The second Lola saw us, she started crying. Damn, I miss her so much. I miss my cousins. I miss the place, the food… Everything. It’s been 8 years since we went there. Family feuds suck.
Btw, I asked Lola to send us some homemade Ilocano Longganisa and those huge Empanadas. Hehe.
